Welcome to the Crystal Gate POL account creation system. Creating an account is very simple, first read the below Terms of Use, then select whether you accept our rules or not by clicking on "I Accept" or "I Decline" at the bottom of this page.

ACCOUNT CREATION RULES:
We have 2 simple rules to receive an account.
1. There may only be one (1) account per person per shard. Currently Crystalgate has 2 shards. You may request an account for each shard. Account requests being made for friends MUST be done BY THEM on THEIR OWN computer! Trying to request an account for a friend on your own computer will complicate the account creation process for them and may even lead to your account being banned.
2. You may have any combination of English letters and numbers in your username and password and any combination of capital and lower case letters (passwords are case sensitive). You may also have the hyphen ' - ' or underscore ' _ ' but no spaces or other symbols.

ACCOUNT SECURITY
1. Upon your first login, you will be prompted for the master password. The master password is not your login password and cannot be changed. Only administration and development staff can read your master password. Write it down and never tell it to anyone. A person who can tell staff the master password for an account, is automatically considered the owner and will receive the login password for it.
2. Every 20th login you will be prompted for your email address. Enter your valid address, for your login info will be sent to the registered email address. Knowing the master password for an account will override email authentication
3. Staff will not transfer characters between accounts.
4. Staff will not check old backups for your previous ownership of a certain account. Master password and current email are the only criteria that prove account ownership.
